About Kamakosha Wellness

Hello, I'm Josie Rogers and I founded Kamakosha back in 2020.

Having trained with Yoga London I'd been a qualified Yoga teacher for many years, welcoming students of all ages and abilities to my Vinyasa yoga classes and workshops held in and around Buntingford in Hertfordshire.

I've also had a keen interest in Astrology for as long as I can remember and studied with the Faculty of Astrological Studies for three years. As I offered one-to-one birth chart readings (in person or online) as well as written birth chart interpretations I took the opportunity to offer the joint benefits of yoga and astrology under the umbrella of Kamakosha.

Finally, having personally experienced the benefits of Reiki, I decided to take the opportunity to study this amazing complementary therapy with Melanie-Reiki and recently qualified as a Level 2 Practitioner. In combining the three philosophies of Yoga, Reiki & Astrology, Kamakosha Wellness was born. 

Using any or all of the above, I hope to provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
