About Reiki
Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medication or treatments and is not based on any particular belief, faith or suggestion but by facilitating the flow of universal life energy, Reiki helps the body to shift into a more balanced and restorative state. My clients report that Reiki sessions help to reduce stress, ease tension, and support their overall physical and emotional well-being. I offer both in-person and distance Reiki treatments.
Reiki Healing
One-to-One Reiki
Reiki is a complementary, non-invasive, energy-based wellness practice during which I lightly place my hands on or just above the body to channel energy into the patient to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s own body. It is given fully clothed in a quiet environment and is safe for both adults and children. I offer Reiki from my home studio in Buntingford, Hertfordshire or home visits for anyone unable to travel. Starting at £45 for a 55 minute session or you may choose to purchase a 4 session plan and receive a 10% discount.
Distance Reiki
Reiki distance healing is a gentle, energy-based practice that works on the understanding that energy is not limited by time or physical space. The recipient does not need to do anything beyond being open to receiving the energy; many people choose to relax, meditate, or rest during the session. This approach makes Reiki accessible to anyone, regardless of location, mobility, or schedule. Distance Reiki is commonly used as a complementary practice to encourage overall wellbeing, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of connection and self-awareness.
